Our Commitment to Copyright

GrabInstaPro respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and copyright holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

Important: GrabInstaPro is a tool that accesses publicly available Instagram content. We do not host, store, or cache any media files on our servers. We are a processing intermediary only.

Note: Because GrabInstaPro does not store or host any content, we cannot "remove" files from our servers. If you are a copyright holder who wishes to have content removed from Instagram itself, please file a copyright claim directly with Instagram/Meta at instagram.com/legal/copyright.

Repeat Infringers

GrabInstaPro maintains a policy of terminating access for users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.

Abuse of DMCA Process

Filing a false DMCA notice is a serious matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
